And, every Nurse made a life decision to commit their time and energy for the greater good.

But, there is a time and place for when we must take care of ourselves first. Nurses must give themselves the same level and focus of care as they do for their patients.

When we empower our own lives that same empowerment is reflected in our practice, leading to more successful patient outcomes and feeling fulfilled in our work.
